Planning for Goldmine 1

I am in the process of implementing Goldmine, and am trying to put together a plan to how and who is going to be involved in this project.
any kind of information with regards to the planning and implementation of Gold mine, will be helpful for me.

Alot has to do with which departments are going to use the product (i.e. Sales, Marketing) or whether you are going to use this as a corporate solution. You need to identify whether you are going to use the Goldmine mail client or outlook. This becomes critical for calendar manipulation. Alot of our clients want GM for the shared calendar feature. You will also need to decide if you are going to "sync" with GM to other laptops. There are alot of steps based on how you want to use the product. Let me know and maybe I can guide you through this.
