Database: Access DB
I am storing a field that contains the path of each emloyee photo in my employee table.
eg : Fieldname:picPath
Data :c:\\photos\Mary.jpg
(ps. did not want to store photo directly into DB as it would take up a lot more hard disk space)

I would like to display each photo for each employee in cyrstal report but haven't found a way for it.
Pls advice.

In not sure if there is a way to "display" a graphic from a database but you can make a clickable hyperlink to a graphic in Crystal 8:

1) In your database, put the link to your graphic in a text field.

i.e. c:\data\photos\photo_of_me.jpg

2) In Crystal, place the field. Then right-click on the field and select "format field". Now all the way on the right, you'll see a tab that says "hyperlink". Go there and select "current field value".

That should at least get you part way there...
