Placed PSD images turn negative

The image are you saving it out of Photoshop as a eps. In the eps options window when you saved it as a .eps file - did you have any of the option checked such as "Include Transfer Function." I leave all these options unchecked.
I know if we rip a page and the image turn negative - one of these options is checked.
