Hello everyone - new here. I'm fairly new to pagemaker and am using 7. When I use the place command to bring an image into pagemaker it is EXTREEMLY pixalated. Doesn't matter if it's gif or jpg. I can save it at 200% and bring it in still the same. It looks fine in the viewer - can import into word, publisher and other programs without a problem. Any ideas?

PDF Question - When I transfer this file to pdf, ocasionally the rules and type will show thicker, bolder.Rather than a .5 point rule it shows about 3 in some places. Any way to control this. Screen settings for this one, will do another for print later.

This is set for screen. I think I need to concentrate on one at a time, and the e-book PDF will be sent to a few people to be edited and commented upon. Then corrections will bemade and the Print PDF set up.

This is not unusual. Rules in a PDF usually look thicker on screen than they were in the original document. They usually print OK however, no matter what the job option setting used to make the PDF. Don't know why this happens.
