pix501 - when i type in my 3des activationkey, my 50user become 10

When i type in my 50user licens, my 3des get deactivated.
And if i then retype the 3des, my 50 user become a 10 user

why?

Found out it was a activation key issue - i mailed licensing@cisco.com and they fixed me a new key in less than 15 minutes --- they are the BEST

The activation key you received is not correct. Try to request a new activation key, you need to send an email to licensing at cisco dot com and request a new activation key. You need to provide the show ver output with the valid 50 user license.
