PIX training or study material

Has anybody found a good source of education about the PIX? I have the Cisco Press book but ho hum! I'd be more interested in knowing if anybody has had some online/onsite training or CD/Video that they found to be very good.

alt.binaries.cbts is a good place to look on the newsgroups, however most of the stuff isnt legal so if youre concerned about that i would give it a miss.

I'm willing to pay for it, thanks. I'm just asking for response from anybody that's had online cbt's, CDrom based training, or books specifically for Cisco PIX.

Book: Cisco Guide to Pix Firewalls by Syngress

Very good and much easier to follow than the Cisco Press books.
