Hello All
I'm currently setting up a Nortel BCM 400 PBX with local and remote IP Phones. all local ip phones use the local network to connect to they BCM which resides on the same network. All remote users connect to the main office using a hardware VPN from their home routers (Linksys Business series routers) to the main office (Cisco Pix running os 6.3). The Protocol used is H.323.
The VPN connects perfectly. I can ping the BCM and all devices on the other side. If I use a i2050 software phone I can place calls and I have 2 way communications. Basicly everything works 100%.
Now for the problem:
when I use my I2004 or I2002 phone the phone connects I can dial out but I only get 1 way voice or no voice at all.
I have tried everything I can think of short of upgrade the OS on the PIX to v7. I see no restrictions that would block ports on the PIX or linksys and the soft phone works great so I know UDP traffic is getting through. Has anyone had problems with 6.3 and UDP traffic?
Thanks in advance for the help!!
