Pix 535 Freezes

I have two PIX 535 set up for failover.
I have about 70 rules and they all have remarks/comments. When I compile the rules in ASDM, it freezes. Any suggestions?
The rules are simple, it just that when i hit apply, it gives me errors regarding the remarks and then when i save it to flash, it kind of freezes. Please help if you can. I am using ASDM 1.1 to make those config changes.

Try running the ASDM on another PC. This may be a PC issue.

You can also try telnetting to the pix and when you compile it see if you can manuver through the CLI. If not the pix is truely frozen. I suspect the PC though.

Thanks, It was one of the object names that was giving error about a 'remark/unusual' character ... we changed the name of that object and were able to get through without the freezes.
