PIX 515E

Hello everybody,
I have some problems configuring my pix firewall. Pix has 3 interfaces enabled. E1 - 192.168.0.253, E0 - 192.1.5.105
E2 - 172.21.X.X

My Default Gateway is E1 which is 192.168.0.253
I allowed default route from inside network to outside which is another location of the company with the command route 0 0 192.1.0.0 (traffic goes through)

My question is how can i route and tell pix to allow traffic also to the E2 - 172.21.X.X network?
