Hi there,
I am complete noob when it comes to firewalls, can someone assist with what settings I need to perform to get the thing working, or if this is possible? I have the following configuration;
2 Sun Solaris Unix systems each with 2 nic's with these IP addresses
System 1 nic1 = 192.168.165.54 nic2 = 10.2.0.1
System 2 nic1 = 192.168.165.55 nic2 = 10.2.0.2
The nic1's are connected to an internal network and have a default route of 192.168.165.253 and works ok as I can talk to other systems.. The nic2's are connected to a switch, which is standalone.
What I want to do is connect a pix 501 firewall to the switch with an outside address of 192.168.200.10 so that 10.2.0.1 & 10.2.0.2 can access the internet.
Can someone tell me how I would configure the firewall and unix systems to get this to happen?
