I have a user who uses a pivot table with a source worksheet to update vatious pieces of information. This has worked successfully for years. All of a sudden when they run the Refresh to update for current figures it BLANKS out the entire table and seems to delete the information that is already there.
Anybody got any ideas?

Thanks

Hi,

Check the reference to the source data.

Select in the PT.

Right-Click and [Back]

Select in the Source Data Reference to verify that it corresponds to the entire Source Data Range.
