Hi All,

I have a pivot table that displays hours and values summarised on Classification rows and Grade columns.

The data I am using looks like this:-
Employee Class Grade Hours Value
A Smith Admin Assistant 1.2 24.00
G Wilson Planning Senior 2.0 90.00
G Wilson Creditors Senior 0.8 36.00
etc...

The problem I have is that the Classification and Grade columns are not coming out it any discernable order. It is grouping the data correctly, but not sorting them alphabetically - which is what I had expected.

Any ideas as to how I can ensure that they come out in the expected order please?

TIA,

Alan.
