piomisc_ext vs piomkpq

Been a while since I asked one of my famous questions. I have been using piomisc_ext mkpq_remote_ext blah blah to make print queues. I am investigating some strangeness with a new Win2k server running JetForms and was about to do some research on this command. Seems like it must be deprecated since it does not appear in the current IBM AIX library. Before I start using piomkpq I just want to know if anyone has any old docs on piomisc_ext?
