Ping?

Is there any method or object or anything that I can use within a VBScript to just merely ping a couple resources?

I don't want to have to use any external programs or even the command line ping, although I would use command line stuff if it comes down to that.. I'm just hoping there is something built into the code..

No help.. I searched back and seen that, but that's not quite what I'm trying to do. I guess I'm just going to have to work with launching a batch file.

Download, install, and read the instructions on how to use it in vbscript. No need for batch files. Easy to code.
