Ping Timeout

We have 7 G450 Gateways along with CM 8.1. We are facing random ping timeout (for few mili seconds) on all Gateways. We tried by replacing a new gateway but the problem still exist, we also replace LAN cable and LAN switch port but still struggling to find out the exact culprit. Either i ping from CM or from Local PC i get random timeouts. Can somebody guide how to resolve or how to findout the exact issue?
 
so what made you look at this? are you haveing issues from users? applications?
 
Yes calls get drop and No Audio alarm appears as the time out start and everything gets restored as the ping timeout ends.
 
Look at the firewalls and ACLs, a single ping timeout won't cause calls to drop.

Do a packet capture and confirm that RTP is being tagged with the correct QoS markings, if the network is busy and the RTP is discard eligible it will get dropped
