Has anyone out there used Pindrop Security product to prevent fraud, and if so, are they worth it?

Shouldn't be required unless the maintainer isn't on the ball really :)

I guess I shouldn't have said fraud in so much as they claim they can help prevent the large number of robocalls we are recieving

If they're from a certain number or range of numbers which they must be if they can stop it, you can stop it yourself with incoming call routes and shortcodes, no need to pay for that :)

The call we get are all the same call, however when these people are spoofing their caller id to a different number each time they call in, it's bad practice to try to blacklist the numbers since we get 5K+ calls a day into a call center. Some of the spoofed caller ids are from valid customers, who would then not be able to reach us.

I doubt that company will be able to block it then....how could they without screening each call? :)

I agree with amriddle. If they are spoofing the number than Pindrop isn't going to be able to block the call either.
