I created an incoming call route pointing to a shortcode going to voicemailnode. This worked great, I then changed the the incoming call route and pointed it to another shortcode also going to voicemail. The call handling works, but it stopped reporting on the Pilot number in the CCC. I then changed it back to original and reporting started again, then I changed it back again and reporting continued, but refered to the old shortcode name and will not show the New shortcode name. Any Ideas?

you can refresh data in reports viewer :) MENU: tools/universe , then you se two options "import" when is not allowed then go to second option "list of values" and them click and refresh data :) on all positions (or subpositions)

Been there done that, I deleted the shortcode off the IPO, I deleted the shortcode off the VM Pro, but it still insists on reporting on the shortcode.XXX I am starting to think that killing things in the IPO leaves ghosts around to haunt me <LOL>
