I have several pie charts reports. On the 2 development machines, no problem. On client systems a GPF is triggered. I am assuming there is a missing or incorrect dll. I have been unable to locate any documentation to that affect.

Please Advise.

Is CR installed on the client or just an app that runs reports?

The software is VB 6.0 and CR 8.0 developed.
CR and VB are not installed on the clients. We have many other reports running with no problems on the client sytems. All working reports don't have a chart. All non-working report contain charts.

I don't specifically know which dll controls charting, but the runtime file requirements are in the developers help file. Do you have all of these?

Please ensure you have the following DLL's on your client PC's:

SSCSDK80.DLL
SSCDLG.DLL
SSCRC.DLL
PG32CONV.DLL
AMZ14.DLL
LTKRN11N.DLL

There is also a utility on the Crystal Reports CD called Modules. This allows you to view by process or DLL which DLL's are running and where they are called from. If you double click on a DLL, it gives you the start and end address in a similar fashion to the GPF message you have been receiving. Therefore by a process of elimination, you should be able to detect the DLL taht is giving you problems.
