I have problem with putting pictures on my forms!
What I am currently doing is inserting the same picture one by one onto my forms.
Is there a way that I can have a bunch of frames then choose one picture to insert into all the frames?

You can insert the picture into a template form, then copy the form and modify it.

That could work but what if I need to change the pictures
is the not a way that i can link all the pictures to one source and when i need to change the source? How would I do that?

That might work with the picture linked, rather than embedded. Linked pictures are bound to the filename/path (i.e., loaded at runtime), so replacing the picture with a different one with the same name should change all of them.
