Pictures all grainy and doesn't fit window

I beleive it may be something with the settings does anyone know how to reset ME?
I am having trouble with my internet. Basically the pictures are all grainy and the pages don't fit the window. They used to look great and fit the window but I must have changed something What can I do?

I have the same problem with my monitor as well .the grainy picture is so bad i can barely make out anything at all . When i was on nt i had a great pictue let me know if you have a solution.

Which Bowser are you running? Does you desktop have the same problem?
