I am trying to insert pictures into my form, basically when the users open up the forms they see the employee picture as well as the data can anyone help me. Please

Have you checked out the Northwind.mdb sample db that comes with Access? The table/form "Categories" have pictures. Maybe that's what you're looking for.

Now I have a problem the database is too slow and OLE Objects take up too many resouces. So I have to find another way?? anyone got any suggestions???

Store the path and file name for the photos in a text field/s and use them to update an image box on your form. Don't store the images in your database. This is how it's done in the 2003 version, not sure of earlier ones.

BUT - Works well on single form mode but not continuous forms....and if anyone can tell me how to do this with continuous forms I'd be forever gratefully grovelling at their feet!
