Picture buttons not appearing on main menu form

I have an appplication that the main menu has pictures of options that the user can select to run reports, lookups etc. It is written in VB6 using Crystal Rpeorts, and Access
database. I ddeployed the applcation to about twenty users but only one does not work. When I try to install it on his PC the install goes well and then I execute the application and the main menu comes up with the titles but no picture buttons to select. Anyone have ideas about what I can do to correct this?

If it works OK on 19 computers and does not on one, there must be something different with the one problem computer.

I would check the refresh rate of the monitor (Control Panel, Display, Settings Tab, Advanced, Monitor Tab, Screen refresh rate combo) and possibly increase it.

I change refresh rate on monitor from 75 to 85 & 100 the picture slelction buttons did not appear on the application when launched.
