Pickup outside line

I recently made some changes to my BCM 50 based on help from users here. My calls go through our announcement on Callpilot, then transfer to a broadcast hunt group so that all of my sets ring. This changed the way things work. Instead of the call being answered on the Intercom line of a specific set, it now is answered on the Outside line of any set. This isn't a big deal, because the user can put the call on hold and we can pick up on another set.

My problem is that my manager uses analog cordless and we can't find a way for him to pick up the call when paged. Is there a feature for this? His phone is set to Intercom as prime (which we need). Will standard call pickup work? If so, what is the "feature" key? I have tried flash, etc. with no luck.

The easy way to fix this would be to park the call and then tell him the park number.

The call would be parked under a number example 101 he would then dial 101 and pickup the call.

You will find all the details about call park in the user guide on the disc that came with your BCM 50.
