pickup on option 11

i have a customer that wants to pickup ringing calls on other phones around him. i know they are all in the same group, the problem is there is no pickup button on his phone. is there a code he can dial to achieve this? also there is a program button on his phone? can he program another button to be the pickup button. i believe the phone is a m2608. it has 8 buttons

The code is SPRE 3 or LD 57 under PURN

Or add a RNP key.

You may double check RNPG to make sure they are all in the same pick up group.

there was no PURN in ld 57, i guess it was never built. after talking to the customer she only wants two of the numbers to be picked up. 300 and 399. there is two available keys on the phone thats needs to be able to do this. can i put 300 on one button and 399 on the other? what ld would it be in? thanks for your help. i know very little about the option 11 but i am able to log in it and get around with a little direction. thanks all for your help
