I have a call group of 4 extensions all using 4621 phones. They all have each others extensions programmed as busy-ind on the phones. If one user puts a call on hold, is it possible for another user to pick up that call? I've been searching Google and Avaya forms, but can't figure it out. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Pickup a call on hold from another extension

Not yet it hasn't, working as I hoped this far. Call comes in, rings to the bridged appearance so all 4 users can see it ring or answer. User 1 picks up and puts on hold and hangs up. Anyone else can hit the button and pick it up. Only downfall I am seeing so far is that internal numbers calling the main extension and getting routed to the bridged ext are not displaying caller ID.
