Hello,
I am new to the forum, and have been watching the forum for a few weeks. There is alot of helpful info.
My question is : Phone will be in Lobby and used by customers. When you pick up the phone, we need it to get sent straight to a acd que.
Just wondering how?
Thanks
Debbie

Hello TAnselm,
Thank You for replying
When programming this phone in the LD's, at what point do I type in this information.

Thanks
Deb

Assumeing it is an analog phone:

LD10
REQ CHG
TYPE 500
etc etc...then
ECHG YES
ITEM FTR HOT D 4 nnnn
return until you reach REQ

"4" is the number of digits of the ACD queue and 'nnnn' is the actual number of the ACD queue

With a [KEY 0 HOT D 4 5000] , JP means (and he knows better!)

CLS IRD OLD NID

That CLS combo is default and results in "Select KEY 00 when handset is lifted" (assuming KEY 0 can activate from the idle state)

You could also populate every KEY with the same entry if you wanted to force an action if a KEY was actually pressed.
