I'm using Meridian 61c and would like to produce a report that shows all pick-up groups.

LD 81
REQ LST
CUST 0
hit return until FEAT PUA
RNPG 0-100
FEAT press return and it will begin printing in group order. If you do not specify a group or range the printout will not be in order.

Thanks for your help. That got started on the right track but the information that is returned doesn't look complete. When I don't enter anything for RNPG it returns the call groups but not in order, as you stated. However, when I do enter any value it returns "NO ACT SINCE NO DATE". What else might I try to return the values in order or grouped by call group? Also, when a value is returned I'm only seeing 500 and 2000 type phones, not 2616.

you will only see 2000, not the station type. i print all groups, capture them to a .cap file open with excel. then you can sort. you should get a list or count by entering a rnpg that is being used

Thanks for the reply John. Since I'm fairly new working with this type of system, excuse the rash of questions. Explain what you mean by only seeing 2000? When I run the report, I see a column that refers to "2500" or "2000" for each row. I was assuming that the 2500 was a 500 type phone, but wasn't sure what 2000 was referring too. I only have the 500 type analog phones and the 2616 digital phones. I don't believe that I'm seeing any call groups that are associated with 2616 phones. Last question; how do I capture to a .cap file? Thanks.

2000 series sets are 2616. 2008 2006 2009 2317 etc, the lst command lumps them into the 2000 series and yes a 2500 is an analog with touch tone, i have a few analog sets that lst as 500, they are guest phones that an att transfers a call to. she doesn't want people calling out on them, dip is class blocks all outbound on a touchtone set

When I capture the file and import it into excel it puts all of the information into one column, not seperate columns for DN, TN, Group, Date, Type. How do I put each one into a different column for sorting?

You must first open excel then click on Data and select Get External Data, Import Text file. Then browse to where the file is located, you will have to change the file type. Select the captured file and follow the prompts, set everything to general or text, you can also delete columns that are not needed.

not the procedure i use, file open, after excel is open, then pick your seperators so you can pick the column separates.. just don't use the open with.
