Pick-up denied?

Hi, I’m hoping you can help me. We use the M7310 phone system. My co-worker and I use to be able to pick up (answer) each others lines if we received another call when we were on the phone. Now it says “Pick-up denied” when we try. I’m sure I changed something in the programming but can’t figure out what I did. Any suggestions?

Check and make sure you are both in the same pick up group.

With the handset down in the cradle press Feature * * 266344. Password: 2663344.

What does it say in your display?

Hi,

I see A. Configuration. I checked and we are on different pick-up groups so I changed mine to match his since no one has ever made any changes to his phone. We haven't been able to check to see if that was it yet due to no phone calls. I will let you know. Thanks much.
