Physical Volume Library Media not found!! When Cleaning tape!!

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, found some very usefull stuff here. Have a little problem with backup exec 9.1. Have a tapeloader for 5 tapes. The first slot is the cleaning slot. The cleaning starts and at 91% it goes to 99% and then I receive this error:
0xa000810d - Physical Volume Library Media not found
Final error: Backup Media Errors
Completed status: failed

I tried to decheck Cleaning slot + importing
the cleaning tape and then inventory again.

I also tried with the cleaning slot option on.

Same error.
Anyone any idee??

Do you have a backup job that runs at the same time?

No no other jobs at the same time,

I have started it also manually and the same problem occured.

Is this a new cleaning tape? If it's an old one, how many times has it been used (most cleaning tapes are only good for 20 cleanings).

Used it for 7 or 8 times I think

not that old! Could it be the Cleaning Tape itself.
We have used 2 different cleaning tapes.

Are both cleaning tapes the same brand? Are both rated for your drive?

I have 3 HP LTO tape drives. They use Ultrium LTO tapes. I had a cleaning tape for Ultrium LTO drives - but it didn't work. Turns out it wasn't made for HP drives. Now I have to buy LTO cleaning tapes with code H on them (for HP drives).
