Physical Phone Inventory 2

Can anyone advise as to the best way to perform a physical phone inventory of my option 61 and option 11's.

I need a count of all physical phones and am not sure if this is even possible.

This is probably the best way.

On an Option 11, the command is INV MIDNIGHT ALL. You can use CARDS, SETS, OFF or STATUS in place of "ALL".

On the 61, the command is INV PRT SETS,or INV PRT CARDS,or INV PRT ALL

What load is this done in.
I tried INV PRT SETS in LD 20 and it didn't work.

enter inv generate midnight and the prt inv will be printable each day.. that does not touch analog. look at ld 81 to prt the tn/dn of each set. it's slow, i usually start one as i leave the switchroom

Is there a way to look at the inventory for analogs? Is that what you were referring to for LD 81?

You can also do a SLT in LD 22 this will tell you how many are programmed but not what really exists. If you care to do the math and if LD 30 is in midnights (or you can run the LOOP command on each loop) this will disable any sets (Digital)not currently connected to the system. You can then do a LDIS and it will show you all the sets that it had disabled in that loop. PWR TN's will show up as disabled so if you have consoles you exclude those.
