Physical memory dump-help needed!!

Ok I am facing a big problem with what initially was our exhcange server.
This morning it gave a message about a program being expired , we didnt have time to find what it was, cause it rebooted.
We tried to repair , but now at startup we get a blue death screen where it begins to try a physical memory dump. over and over again.
How could I solve this .
I am working it with a pent 900, 13gig HD. and NT4 (dont ask why NT4
help plezzzz

ok drastic solution ..reformat ..need it back up fast ..
just got go ahead on w2k also so here we go .

Could've just changed your memory...thats all the problem is. We had it at our work when someone mixed up different brands of RAM.

change youre memory and it wil correct the problem
