How do you reset the error "needs maintenance", but will continue to operate. I can not find info in the manual regarding this. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Power the printer on, when you see teh asteriks go across the screen press and hold teh 3rd button from left and the printer will enter diags. Enter service mode then scroll through to consumables and you can reset them there.

Just remember, If you do reset the maintenance message, make sure you keep the routine upkeep on the printer, or you will problaly run into problems.

Because my company fixes so many printers, we run into tons of people who forget to install kits when the printer requres maintenance. 3 months after getting rid of the message they end up calling for repair which costs more than the upkeep.
