We need to know at least:
*What the errors reports were (if any)
*What changes you have made
*What various parts of your php configuration are (this can shed light on some error messages etc)

I could not even start installing!!
I did so far:
uploaded all the files to my website,
tried to run setup.php
it gave this error:
panic: config.inc.php doesn't exist!! Did you backup it after installation?
i did not panic and created a blank config.inc.php and uploaded it too,
Then setup started and asked me a username and a password
i wrote(but i did not understand)
then a blank page came, and i could not run setup again,
is anything correct here?
