PHP testing in windows

Does anyone out there know of a good (free) php engine that I can install in my PC to test pages before I upload them to my linux box?

Something along the lines of Activeshares Perl or Python products come to mind, heck, maybe they have one...

It would just make my life easier, because I could work on .php scripts at home, and then just shoot them onto the server after I know that they work.

I checked CNET, but I might have missed it if its on there. Any help would be great.
