Photoshop Text Coming out Blurry

I have been trying to create images that have text in them to just use as stills using photoshop and after they are imported to premiere and rendered that look all fuzzy and horrible. I have been experimenting with different things like resolution and images size but I cant seem to get it to work. This is Premiere Ver 6.0.

Thanks a lot. Im getting pretty close to throwing the monitor out the window.

When are you creating your text in Photoshop, are you using CRISP or STRONG? OR NONE?

Its looks great in photoshop. It looks great in Premiere too. Then after rendered it changes and comes out poor.
