Hello all, is it possible to use filters & Plugins from photoshop in Paint X3? and if so, what is the proceedure for doing so? Thank you in advance for any help you render.

Ok, after more searching I found out how to bring the filters & plugins into Paint. thank you for checking in anyway!

it depends on the filter.
some will use their own ui,
and ask what program to assoc
it w when installing and will
add it under the effects menue.
others will install to what ever
folder you tell it to then you
have to go into the options in pp
select plugins then add and navigate
to that folder and select the desired
filter.
hope this was of some help.
let me know what one you are trying to use
and i might be of more help

brian

Thanks brian/encorepd

i was under the impression Kofy was somehow loading all the photoshop plugins into Corel Photopaint.

well if i go tools>customization>plugins i can point photo paint to photoshops plugins and they do become listed under the Effects menu - alas none of them work :(

I was trying to, UNTIL my entire system crashed, and its still not stable... <sigh>
