Photoshop CS, batching JPEGs without prompting to save

I have currently upgraded to PS CS for my studio from PS 7.0. Before, with PS 7.0 I'd run an action on a series of JPEG files w/o interruption. Now, however, with CS everytime the action attempts to close the JPEG images (asking what resolution to save the JPEGs, 1-12), a save prompt appears, interfering with the batch operation.

I've tried using the File>Automate>Batch operation but the problem is still there. I can't seem to bypass the save prompt.

Does anyone know if there is a way to overwrite the JPEGs w/o placing the files in a designated folder, etc.? Is there a plug-in I can download?

Thank you,
Tu

use "save as" rather than "Save" in the action."

Um, well, I could do that, but that doesn't overwrite the files, especially when we're batching. Using "save as" will only designate one file name and so on so that won't work when I'm trying to perform an action of hundreds and hundreds of files.
