Photoshop 7 doesn't open 1

Delete your Photoshop prefs file.
The easy way is to hit CTRL + Alt + Shift as soon as you click to open PS. (Sometimes it takes a few tries). You will get a message asking if you want to delete prefs file, select yes.
When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
