It's an excellent forum. They have a section specificaly for asking questions about what equipment to buy.
A very comprehensive review site for digital cameras.
Alternatively, google for Photography Critique sites, many of them have sections devoted to equipment but the photograph sections may contain content not suitable for work (you have been warned)
