Photographic log

I would like to create a photographic log report in access that places SIX pictures per page (3 rows of 2). The database table has 4 fields:

Index
ID
Description
FilePathAndName

Each picture would have the last two fields placed beneath it.

Just a thought...

Could you use the Label wizard to design the page? I see that J8166 is 3 down (3 2/3") and 2 across (3 9/10"). Once you have created the page you can do what you wish with it.

Alternatively, make a 2 column page, and then set your height of the space for each picture.
