phontage remote access

Hi All,
We just install the lg IPES50A and all hardphones and phontage working fine within the LAN. But when I install phontage in my laptop and try to use it at home, it did not work.
I have closed all firewall of my laptop and use wireless usb modem to access Internet directly. Also I have our company router setup portforwarding of 5060 to our voip server in lan. The program says no response after putting in the ip address of company router and id and password.
What have I missed here?

You should forward following ports to MFIM

UDP 5588
UDP 7000-7015
UDP 7100-7115

Port 5060 (SIP) isn't required by phontage.
