Phones trying to discover LSP when left logged out.

I have a site with 4 S8300 LSP's, the handsets on my remote (LSP sites) boot up fine and register with the main site (S8500)no problem.
The problem happens when the phones are left not logged in (enter ext no screen), after approx 1 min the phones try and discover the LSP server although they dont need to, then after another minute they reboot. Its is a problem as the PC connected through the phone loses connection while the phone reboots.

Is there something I need to change in the 46xx settings or dhcp option 242?
