We use an IP office 412 with analog phones. Since 2 weeks (nothing changed then) we have the following problem:
Some phones start ringing after about 12 seconds (then it rings ones and falls back to the receptionist) there is no CLI information anymore. Not all the phones have the problem.
We have set the caller display type to UK20 for the Avaya 9335-av telephones. When we set the caller display type to DTMFD the phones starts ringing directly but then there is nog CLI.
Any help is welcome.
