Phones start ringing after 12 seconds and no CLI

We use an IP office 412 with analog phones. Since 2 weeks (nothing changed then) we have the following problem:
Some phones start ringing after about 12 seconds (then it rings ones and falls back to the receptionist) there is no CLI information anymore. Not all the phones have the problem.
We have set the caller display type to UK20 for the Avaya 9335-av telephones. When we set the caller display type to DTMFD the phones starts ringing directly but then there is nog CLI.
Any help is welcome.

What software version are u running.
There is a known problem with 2.1(31) and (35) also believe in (44) with the bin-file of the pot-module,s.
Downgrade these module,s with the bin-file of 2.1(27).

It also happens on IPO 412 with 3.0.59, same issue.
Only seems to happen on 412, we have a lot 406V2 running without these problems.
 
We are using version 3.0.59 that is installed 12 September. In the beginning it works fine but in the end of that week the first problems occurred. Is there a solution or a workaround available?
When using phonemanger lite with speakers on it is ringing directly with CLI information!
 
Same problem on the InterQuartz handsets

tried UK20, FSKA, everything.

Also on 3.0.59

We have a PRI; the DS handsets work fine; and it randomly effects analogue handsets; ie. it doesn't effect all of them, only some; these will then randomly move around!
 
We use 1 digital trunk with 16 ports and 7 analog trunks with 30 ports. The problem phones are connected to random trunks.
 
The prob occurs from 2.1_31 to 3.0_59
It's corrected with 3.1_11 beta and 3.1_23 beta

You can also fit only the Analog Modules with 2.1_27 and let other units with 3.0_59. It works.

The prob becomes of wrong Frequency Keying.
