I need to program a couple of 18D phones in a way in which when a call comes in it will ring three particular phones...if no one answers it has to rollover to a fourth phone in a different location...if no one picks up that call after it rings the fourth phone, it would need to be answered by the AA. How would this be done exactly? This is a R7.0. Thanks in advance!

A Partner can not do that. You can make a call ring a few extensions on site, then have an extension set to forward out to a cell or something, but after that, its going to the cells voicemail.

And to get it to ring a few phones then forward to a cell, is a bunch of "system manipulation" and programming.

If I read this correctly, program the 1st 3 phones for Immediate Ring, the 4th for Delayed Ring, and set the VMS Hunt Rings to 6 (the max allowed) in #506.

TouchToneTommy has your answer.

The only other way to get phones to rollover is to put them on a steep hill with grease, ball bearings and banana peels.

Happy Friday.

We have Partner Messaging rel 7.0, I will be adding a new line and need to know if the line is busy can incoming calls be setup to go into voice mail so they can leave a message? Or do I need to install two lines that roll. We want to set up something so that we don't miss any calls.

the rollover needs to come from the telco,

if one (or more ) of your lines in hunt group (roll over) are busy then the telco will return a busy signal and there is no way for the call to get to your partner system
