We have several phones programmed to hunt and forward to a CDN that is set for a Genesys strategy to reroute to agents. It works fine, until the agent has both lines tied up and it will then ring busy instead of hunting to CDN. Is there a CLS that we are missing in these?

HUNT 7222

put the whole tnb on there & if I was going to hta, I would set FNA not FND.

Depending on whick key it is forwarding from LHK (last hunt key) needs setting. An as bigindian said CLS FNA and FDN 7222 if you want forward no answer. Post full TNB as bigindian said.

Ask Bad questions and only give part of the info and use the wrong terminology will always get you the wrong answer.

Post the whole TNB for that phone.

bigindian65 and bignose21: He did say HUNTING, but he meant Forward on Busy. we need to know if and what the FDN is set for.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

cls fna
fdn 7222..

but he said rings busy? not on fna, is 7222 a good number.. on busy that should ring 7222 not return a busy

Set your LHK ( last hunt key ) to the key number of the agents second line.

until we get some answers to our questions, were just spinning our wheels.

Please let us know what you did to resolve this issue so others that may have the same issue can learn from this. Just as you come searching for help and suggestions, so do others, and to not reply with what the other forum members ask for to help solve your problem means that you must have solved it on your own, or with the help of one of the replies to your post. If not, than replying with more info, will get you a much better answer and will also help others with the same problem.

Please post the solution, regardless of how it is obtained, so that future members can benefit from this post.

That is, of course, what you would want if you had an issue, and found a post discussing the EXACT same issue. It would suck if you got to the bottom of the topic and there was no answer for you...

Just a thought... it's basic forum etiquette..

Good luck!

I would set the lhk to the key that has the line you want to hunt. When you get a chance post the whole tn.
