CS1000 7.5 element manager.

Is there a way to find phone that are attached to my pbx that are not used? Run some type of report that shows that a certain phone hasnt been used in months?

You are runiing CDR you could run a report. What we do with digital sets is run a loop all in ld 30 and it will disable any disconnected digital phone and tell us what TN.

Element manager has a search for phones app to searce by Prime DN, Ect. and idle time
