Phones are losing regsitration at campus locations 1

System is a CS1000E R5.0 with Branch Office 4.5 at the campus sites. All of the phones are two locations started having issues where they could not dial any long distance or 4 digit dial other campuses. After doing some digging I noticed that these phones showed to be LOST when I did a PRT DNIP command. I reset the phones and they came back just fine. A couple of days later same thing happened.

I am checking things like latency and such from those campuses as I suspect a network issue, but is there anything else someone has ran into that may cause this?

when they show Lost on the main office do you find them registered at the branch? If so you could kick them as a group from the branch using LD 117 "rst zone xx start" xx=zone number with the sets in. I know this doesnt resolve your issue but may save you finding and restarting the phones themselves. As they come back after a restart it would suggest config is correct on the branch, the NCS and in the main office. If it seems a bit random which ones are dropping I would say you are on the right lines suspecting the network.
