Phonemanager on Citrix (Free/Busy info)

Guys,

little question for you!

One of our customers has a Citrix environment (5 servers / 100 users). They have Phonemanager (V3.0.14) installed on the servers but the problem is that they do not see any updated icons (Free/Busy info). (First 5 logged on users to the Citrix environment do see this)

Official info on Citrix from Avaya:
"Up to 5 Phone Manager users can be supported on a single Citrix thin client server"

Is there any way to get the info working for all the logged on users?

It is because the IPO is on a different LAN segment then the Citrix Servers.We have a site with 5 citrix server farm , they are on the same subnet as the IP Office so receive the broadcast, and it works for 250 users OK

so either put one of the IPO interfaces on the same subnet as the citrix boxes or forward broadcasts from the IPO to the citrix lan
