PhoneManager Lite and Citrix V3 on multinode

I have a customer that currently have the problem that the first PMLite works fine, when they start a second one the first freezes and stops working.

They have their PBX on one site and their Citrix on another.

Any tips on how your supposed to install PMLite under Citrix V3 and what settings are important since I'm gonna build a test lab next week.
 
I had a similar setup working, imagine IP Office and client PC on local network, and three Citrix Farm servers on a remote network. (dont ask)

1. Ensure you have correct data network setup, eg ip routes
2. Ensure your Citrix Server have all the latest updates
3. Ensure you have the correct version of Phone Manager install for your IPO firmware.
4. As a test, install PM on say two client PC, away from the Citrix environment - do they work as normal?

There is nothing different to how you would install PM on a local client PC, compare to a Citrix server.

If you are still experiencing issues, run a sniffer trace on the IPO, and on the Citrix Server and see what packets are being drop. (tip, in the engineer docs search for TCP/UDP ports used by the IPO)
